MUMLPC 2FA Privacy Policy – Effective Date: July 22, 2025

    MUMLPC 2FA is a mobile authentication application developed and operated by the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) of Cambodia. It is designed exclusively for use by MLMUPC staff to securely access internal government systems through two-factor authentication (2FA) using OTPs (One-Time Passwords).

    This Privacy Policy applies solely to the MUMLPC 2FA mobile application and its services. It does not apply to any third-party websites or government portals accessed through the app.

    You may request deletion of your data at https://mlmupc.gov.kh. Deletion of essential data (e.g. phone number or device ID) will terminate access to the app.

    MUMLPC 2FA is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly store data from children.
